Based in Barnet, North London, MyInspector provides Property Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (for both Commercial and Domestic Properties) for local clients and small to medium-sized companies.  Our emphasis is on using locally available services and not to rely on panels or distant call centres.  We aim to provide a professional and friendly service without losing the speed, economy and advantages that the internet brings. More importantly, you or your customer can be told, with confidence, details of the Surveyor or Assessor visiting the property. 

A seller (or their representative) is legally required to have an Energy performance Certificate (EPC) before exchanging contracts.  We would advise having this done as soon as possible to make you and the buyer aware of energy costs and the environmental impact.

Because we are local the appointment for the EPC assessment can be quickly arranged, including evenings and weekends.  This is because we work around the client's requirements.

Commercial and rental properties without an EPC will require one on a change of tenancy or for the sale of a Commercial property before marketing.
